Load

     throws NameDuplicationException,
            IllegalActionException

Construct an actor with the given container and name. In addition to invoking the base class constructors, define the data port as an output port and the ptr port as an input port.

Parameters:

container - The container.

name - The name of this actor.

Throws:

IllegalActionException - Thrown if the actor cannot be contained by the proposed container.

NameDuplicationException - Thrown if the container already has an actor with this name.
